INSET Days - School Closed to Pupils

SS Peter & Paul School Teacher Training Days are essential to ensuring the school staff are up to date with the latest educational initiatives and receive continual professional development to improve their practice. These are spread throughout the academic year and we always aim to give parents as much notice as possible to help with childcare.

St. John Paul II Multi Academy Training and Formation Days are additional to Teacher Training Days and are essential to ensure all Academy staff take an active part in Academy life by receiving appropriate training and religious formation to enhance a sense of belonging. This years dates are:

Prospective Parents' Open Sessions - Reception September 2027

Do you or someone you know have a child due to start school in September 2027? If so, would you like to visit our school to see us in action, take a tour of the school and ask any questions you may have about the admissions process? We're happy to help at SS Peter & Paul!

Our open sessions are:

- Tuesday 10th November 2026 @ 1.30 - 2.30pm

- Friday 13th November 2026 @ 9.30 - 10.30am

Please note, our admissions criteria gives preference to Baptised Catholic children but non-Catholic children are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Come and see us to help make your choice.

NB: When completing your application for a Reception place online, we are recorded as St Peter and St Paul RC Junior and Infant School so please ensure you choose the right school.
